As a real estate professional for more than eight years, Kay Ready is known for her dedication and excellence. Kay specializes in taking the stress out of the home buying and selling process by being committed to educating her clients. Her goals are to understand the needs of her clients, get the job done, and build lasting relationships, all while making the experience enjoyable.

Kay has more than 25 years of experience in sales. Before real estate, she was involved in the beauty, health and wellness industry. She uses her expertise to educate agents on how to transform their lives by building relationships, realizing their value, elevating their thinking, and living purposefully. Her favorite things to do are relaxing by the water and participating in family game nights. Kay is looking forward to building Fathom’s business in the state of Michigan.

Dan Brown

Dan was born in Medford, NJ but has been a local to Myrtle Beach, SC, since 1994. When he is not busy giving his clients the absolute highest level of service, Dan enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, Jessica, and his 2-year-old daughter, Berkeley. If you look at most of his family photos, you’ll also notice his four-legged companion “Peyton,” the Morkie.

Dan came onto the real estate scene in 2014 and has exemplified the professional skills needed for industry success. Selling over 41 homes his first year, Dan has performed well-beyond the average in results and customer service. To date, he has closed over 300 transactions serving his clients from “For Sale” to “Sold.”

Dan is passionate about spreading Fathom Realty’s culture and mentoring his agents to reach their full potential.

John Henderson

John is an award-winning REALTOR®, most recently managing a real estate team in the Raleigh-Durham area. 

Before pivoting to a real estate career, John spent more than 20 years in the franchise and building trades, from job site selection to design, mechanical plans for architects, builders, and contractors. He also has in-depth experience in commercial estimating for several large construction companies. He served over a decade in the Military, working for NATO within the European theater. During his time overseas, John played four years of European league football.  

John lives in Clayton, NC, with his wife Rose and has five grown children. They enjoy traveling and spending time in nature, camping, and sightseeing. He has volunteered his time with the Disabled Veterans Association and the Masonic Lodge.

His real estate industry experience combined with an extensive background in network marketing and advertising makes John well-suited to coach his agents to success. He is committed to delivering top-notch customer service and a competitive edge to Fathom Realty clients when buying or selling real estate.
