Kimberly is a Chicago native who received a Bachelors of Arts degree from Columbia College and a Master of Science Degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. Both degrees were in the area of Integrated Marketing Communications. Kimberly is a real estate managing broker, an author, an educator and an entrepreneur. In all that Kimberly undertakes, professionally and personally, she is devoted to promoting financial freedom and actively performing community service. Reaching to her marketing and entrepreneurial roots, in 2006, Kimberly began a career in the real estate industry and in 2015 she opened her own brokerage, Offord & Associates Real Estate in Chicago where she enjoyed much success and learned the business from a management point of view. She conducts free financial workshops and has written several blogs devoted to promoting wealth and financial responsibility. Kimberly has also served as the keynote speaker for graduations, workshops, community empowerment fairs and various other events. She has experience with all areas of real estate including, buyers, sellers, investors, relocations and short sales.
