Fathom Realty Agent Will Draper of Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, was named the Triangle Real Producers REALTOR® to Watch for June 2022.

Will enjoys advising clients and educating them about the financial aspects of real estate. “I really like to connect people with communities where they live or are moving to,” Will said. “I enjoy taking the time to get to know my clients on a deeper level, so I can recommend local businesses, recreation opportunities or events that match their interests.”

After 12 years as an engineer, Will’s entrepreneurial streak led him to begin a new career as a home inspector and then to earn his real estate license four years ago. Since then, his career as a REALTOR® has really taken off. In 2021 he recorded about $14 million in sales volume and is on track to double that this year.

Will sees his business more as a marketing and consulting company than a sales organization. He is known for video-based marketing as well as educational videos. Will calls himself an “uber marketing nerd” because he pays close attention to the algorithms that help his selling clients.

A Virginia native and a former college football player, Will has traveled widely and even once lived on a Native American reservation in Wyoming. He moved to Raleigh after college. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, running, coaching soccer and brewing beer!
