Fathom Holdings Inc. announced that it has acquired iPro Realty Network, a full-service, technology-based residential real estate brokerage company. The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive.

Based in Utah, iPro Realty Network is an award-winning real estate brokerage with approximately 435 agents that provides a full range of services for buyers and sellers throughout the state of Utah. In 2021, iPro Realty Network was ranked #94 in independent brokerages in the 2021 REAL Trends 500 Report. Like Fathom, iPro Realty Network offers a scalable, flat-fee, 100 percent commission structure.
