Krista loves living in California. She lived in the Orange County and San Francisco Bay area before settling in the Sacramento area, where she raised her family and started her real estate career in 2003. She believes in professional development to better serve her clients and community. Krista has earned several National Association of REALTORS^® designations and a Master Club recognition in her community. She is a past president of Women’s Council of REALTORS^® Placer County Chapter and has served on various WCR California State Chapter committees. She has also trained and managed over 250 agents in distressed real estate transactions for a loss mitigation company. Krista served on school site councils and as a classroom volunteer before homeschooling her children, who are now in college. Before joining Fathom Realty, Krista owned her own brokerage and sold real estate in Northern and Southern California. She believes joining Fathom Realty is a blessing. Maureen Johnson

Maureen Johnson brings 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Beginning as a sales associate at Coldwell Banker, she moved onto become a Founder and Broker Owner of a RE/MAX franchise north of Boston, MA. During this time she hired, trained, mentored, and supported dozens of agents through the technology renaissance of the real estate profession. Maureen has served in many community and art and cultural organizations and has earned multiple awards for benchmark performances as a broker/owner and salesperson. Maureen also served as a broker associate in the Hamptons, NY, selling luxury real estate in the seaside community until eventually transitioning away to southwest Florida. Maureen is a John Maxwell certified coach, speaker, and trainer. Of all the professional hats she has worn, Maureen finds enormous satisfaction in helping agents identify and implement a plan to achieve their stated goals. Maureen was drawn to Fathom Realty for the culture exhibited by the people she has interacted with. She also respects Fathom’s grounding in service to it’s agents and in it’s focus on the future.

Since becoming licensed in 2009, Randy has thrived on helping others. Whether with clients or fellow agents, Randy is always looking to help others find success. He believes a strong foundation of success in the real estate industry is built on the pillars of education, professionalism, advocacy and association Involvement. Randy has numerous certifications and designations and believes one should always be learning. He is a strong proponent of the REALTOR^® Code of Ethics and has been a member of the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees for both the St. Louis REALTORS^® and Missouri REALTORS^®. Randy is an RPAC Major Investor and serves as an RPAC Trustee and Board Liaison to the St. Louis REALTORS^® Advocacy Committee. He also serves as a member of the Missouri REALTORS^® Advocacy Committee. Randy is a member of the Board of Directors for both St. Louis REALTORS^® and Missouri REALTORS^® and has served on numerous committees for these great associations. He was the proud recipient of the 2017 REALTOR^® Associate of the Year Award from St. Louis REALTORS^®. Scott N. Harrison

Scott brings over 30 years of real estate experience serving his clients as he joins the Fathom family. Beginning his career in Atlanta, GA, Scott has served the Middle Tennessee area since 1992. He has completed numerous lease and sales transactions during his career. He is extremely involved in the local community, serving as a Commissioner with the Franklin Municipal Planning Commission, City of Franklin, Williamson County, TN since 2003. Additionally, he was a member of the Franklin Tree Commission from 2007 to 2018. Scott has also been a member of the Franklin Noon Rotary Club since 1994, having served on both the Board of Directors and the Franklin Rotary Foundation Board. He serves on the Habitat for Humanity of Williamson Maury Counties Site Selection Board and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Community Housing Partnership of Williamson County. Scott is an active member of Franklin First United Methodist Church and has served on several Boards and Committees. He is a graduate of the Franklin Citizen’s Police Academy (Class ‘12) and enjoys spending time boating, camping and several other family activities in his spare time.
