Fathom Realty is thrilled to announce Kim Sitton’s election as the National Treasurer of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® for 2025. This milestone underscores her unwavering dedication to the real estate profession and her influential role within the Women’s Council.

From Corporate Management to Real Estate Success

Kim Sitton embarked on her real estate journey in 2014 in College Station, Texas, pivoting from a seasoned corporate management career to the dynamic world of real estate. She managed the REO Department at Beal Century 21 during a challenging market period, demonstrating her adeptness in navigating complex situations from the outset.

Rising Through the Ranks: Kim’s Journey in Idaho

After relocating to Idaho with her husband in 2016, Kim joined a boutique real estate office and immersed herself in the Women’s Council of REALTORS® North Idaho. Her involvement deepened after moving to the Treasure Valley in 2018, where she joined Silvercreek Realty Group. Eventually, she earned her broker license and ascended to the position of Managing Associate Broker at Idaho’s largest brokerage with 1900+ agents.

Finding a Home at Fathom Realty

In reflecting on joining Fathom Realty, Kim explained, “After serving as the Managing Broker at a large Idaho brokerage, I sought a change to focus more on personal and team growth. I initially joined Fathom Realty with a small team, appreciating the company’s culture and emphasis on agent support. The role rekindled my passion for mentoring and problem-solving, which are core to my professional ethos. Although I briefly explored another opportunity, I quickly realized that Fathom’s supportive environment and leadership opportunities were unparalleled, prompting my return as Idaho State Broker and District Director.

A Legacy of Leadership within the Women’s Council

Kim’s election as National Treasurer continues her extensive service in the Women’s Council, where she has held numerous leadership roles, including the 2021 Idaho State President, 2023 National Liaison, and 2023 National Executive Committee. This new role leverages her significant expertise in financial management, acquired through her previous corporate roles and extensive council involvement.

Speaking on her motivations, Kim shared, “I joined the Women’s Council in 2017, seeing it as an incredible opportunity to build leadership skills and a national referral network. This network proved invaluable in my role as Managing Broker, allowing me to support the agents I managed while still engaging in sales and growing my business.”

Beyond Professional Success: Community Service and Family Life

Kim’s commitment extends beyond her professional endeavors. Inspired by her family’s legacy of service, Kim has been actively involved in various community organizations, including the Southwest Idaho Business Alliance and the Star Lions Club. Her dedication was recognized in 2023 with the President’s Service Award, honoring her contributions to the Women’s Council and her community.

In addition to her professional and volunteer work, Kim enjoys a rich family life with her husband, children, and grandchildren and indulges in hobbies such as travel, fishing, gardening, and cooking.

Kim’s Vision for Her National Treasurer Role

Kim’s election as National Treasurer represents not just a personal achievement but also a beacon of inspiration for women in real estate. It demonstrates the impact of leadership, service, and continuous learning. Fathom Realty celebrates Kim’s success and looks forward to her contributions to the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and the broader real estate community.

As Kim steps into her role in 2025, she aims to utilize her financial acumen to enhance the Council’s initiatives and support its members nationwide, ensuring the organization’s continued growth and influence in the industry.
