At Fathom, we believe service is more than a word, it is a calling. For those within our Fathom Family who have answered that call and served our Nation, we thank you for your service.

It is our honor to congratulate US Navy Veteran Tom Campbell of Fathom Realty – Virginia for being elected Vice-President, Virginia REALTORS®. Tom has served on the Board of Directors since 2018 and was elected Treasurer of the Board in 2019. He served on the Public Policy Committee for six years and held the position of Chair in 2017. He is a certified Ethics instructor, a graduate of the VLA Class of 2011, and has been a member of the Virginia REALTORS® Honor Society every year since 2011. Tom is also a past President of the Greater Piedmont REALTORS® (GPR), his local association.

At the national level, Tom is a three-time appointee to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Public Policy Coordinating Committee and served through the 2021 term. He is a Gold R/President’s Circle with RPAC, sits on the NAR Professional Standards and Arbitration Committee, and is a NAR REALTOR® Code of Ethics instructor.

Tom enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1971, then accepted an appointment to the United States Naval Academy in 1973, graduating in 1977. After resigning his commission, Tom worked for Northrup-Grumman as a budget analyst until 2003 when he left Northrup-Grumman to concentrate solely on his real estate business.

Tom has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1997 and feels it is one of the most challenging yet satisfying careers you could have.  A Fathom Realty agent since 2015, Tom has expanded his business and his influence in the REALTOR® community.

“Beyond his real estate association activities, Tom was one of the top five agents in the 90 agents Fathom Realty, Warrenton, VA office in 2021. He looks forward to serving more clients, REALTORS®, and the community in which he lives,” reports District Director, Mark Worrilow.

Outside of the real estate community, Tom served three years on the Board of Directors of the Fauquier County Chamber of Commerce, two years as Vice-Chair of Legislative Affairs, and he also served the Greater Warrenton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as Secretary.
