DeJane Kerr, a valued team member with an impressive thirteen-year journey at Fathom, has recently been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations. This promotion recognizes her unwavering commitment to our company’s growth and expansion goals, and we couldn’t be more thrilled for her!

DeJane’s journey with Fathom Realty began in 2010 when she joined us as a licensed broker. Her dedication and exceptional skills quickly propelled her career, leading her to become a District Director in 2013. Over the years, her responsibilities extended to agent management, training, and real estate compliance oversight. One notable achievement during her tenure was the establishment of the national training department, offering real-time, centralized online, on-demand, and in-person training to our agents and leadership across the nation. DeJane was also the visionary behind the highly successful Mentor Program, pairing certified mentors with new agents to equip them with the foundational skills needed to succeed in the real estate industry.

DeJane’s impact didn’t stop there; she played a pivotal role in the development of Fathom’s proprietary cloud-based technology platform, intelliAgent. She led the migration of our customer relationship management system and website platform and spearheaded the implementation of an industry-leading learning management system, ensuring Fathom’s position at the forefront of technological advancements in real estate.

She is a past president of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® – Raleigh Regional Network.
