Fathom Holdings has kicked off 2025 with another strong quarter of growth and momentum. Here’s what is important to know about our Q1 performance and why we’re confident the best is yet to come.

Quarterly Highlights at a Glance

  • 32% YoY Revenue Growth: Total revenue climbed to $93.1 million in Q1 2025, up from $70.5 million a year ago.
  • More Transactions Closed: Transaction volume grew 26% to approximately 9,715 closings.
  • Expanding Agent Network: Agent licenses surged 22.8% to nearly 14,715 nationally.
  • Gross Profit Expansion: Gross profit reached $8.1 million, a 13% increase over Q1 2024.

Building Momentum in a Dynamic Market

“We achieved a 32% year‑over‑year revenue increase in the first quarter, beating analyst expectations by 12%,” said Marco Fregenal, CEO of Fathom Holdings. “Our agent network and transaction counts continue to climb, underscoring the demand for our integrated platform. While 2025 may be challenging for real estate broadly, we expect to be EBITDA positive by Q2 2025, driven by efficiencies and growing ancillary services.”

Key drivers include higher‑margin offerings in mortgage and title, operational improvements within My Home Group, and the launch of Elevate, our concierge‑level service program for agents.

Introducing Elevate: Concierge‑Level Support

In the first quarter, Fathom launched Elevate, powered by intelliiAgent, a subscription‑based suite designed to empower agents at every stage of their business. With Elevate, agents gain access to advanced marketing tools and targeted lead‑generation strategies that drive higher conversion rates. 

The program also streamlines transaction coordination by pairing agents with dedicated support teams handling administrative details so that agents can focus on their clients. In addition to these services, Elevate provides personalized coaching and recruiting assistance, helping agents refine their skills, expand their networks, and grow their teams. To ensure a seamless experience, members of the Elevate program receive priority customer service, addressing their questions and needs with expedited attention.

Marco Fregenal emphasized the impact of the new initiative: “Elevate empowers agents to boost productivity and profitability. We’re on track to onboard 100 new Elevate agents per month by Q4 2025, delivering greater gross profit per transaction and deeper client relationships.”

Looking Ahead

As Fathom continues to build on its technology‑first platform, the company is well‑positioned to sustain its growth trajectory despite market headwinds. Expanding its suite of ancillary services will drive higher gross profit in the coming quarters. The Elevate program, which has already demonstrated strong early adoption, will be scaled further to reach more agents and enhance overall profitability.
