Trisha Tranum, a Fathom Realty agent in Midland, TX, was recently named 2022 REALTOR® of the Year for the Permian Basin Board of REALTORS®.
Tranum, an agent with Fathom since 2019, was also recognized on the state level for her successful efforts as chairperson of the Texas REALTORS® Political Action Committee for the Permian Basin Board of REALTORS®.

“Trisha is a very passionate person,” said Stephanie McSwain, Fathom’s district director for Midland/Odessa, TX, and one of many who nominated Tranum for the award. “She never hesitates to step up when needed and will step up even when she isn’t asked.”

Tranum and her committee collected $103,149 – a 26 percent increase over the previous year. Under Tranum’s leadership, the participation rate increased from 57 percent to 83 percent. Twelve major investors were added. Tranum also serves on the Board of Directors.
In addition, Tranum participated in a leadership training program with a group called the Texas REALTOR® Leadership Program. The group of 22 meets across the region. “We are all improving in our industry, and I’m thankful to have been selected to learn with this group,” Tranum said.
At Fathom, Tranum runs a successful business and serves as a mentor, training and supporting new agents. When Tranum is not working, she’s often volunteering in her community. Reflections Ministry, which helps victims of human trafficking, is one of the nonprofits Tranum assists.
