Fathom Holdings Acquires Naberly Solutions

Fathom Holdings announced that its subsidiary, intelliAgent, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire technology platform Naberly Solutions. Naberly provides brokerage and agent websites, a robust CRM, marketing and communication automation, and many other exciting tools such as video emails and Slack-like communication for agent clients.

Josh Harley, Fathom CEO, notes, “It will take time before we are ready to roll out Naberly to all of our agents. Our first focus will be to fully integrate the Naberly platform into intelliAgent and build out additional features to ensure our agents do not lose any of the features they love once we make the transition from kvCORE.”
