RISMedia President and CEO John Featherston praised Fathom Realty for its placement in this year’s Power Broker Report. “Congratulations to the outstanding brokerage professionals who comprise the Top 100 firms according to sales volume in RISMedia’s 2023 Power Broker Report, ” says Featherston. “You led your management teams and sales associates through 2022’s precipitous economic shift in order to maintain—and in some cases improve—your firm’s position in the market. Our Top 100 adapted, innovated and persevered to carry their firms to the top of the chart, despite myriad challenges.”
“We are proud of the Fathom family and how they have adjusted and overcome this constantly shifting market,” said Fathom CEO Joshua Harley. “Our agents have worked hard to continue to grow and thrive, even with all the market uncertainties.”
The top 100 firms ranked in RISMedia’s 35th Annual Power Broker Report show that competition intensified for residential real estate’s largest players in a year that started out strong, thanks to the remnants of the pandemic boom, then shifted by year’s end, as inflation and rising rates weighed on many markets. But while many struggled through the market shift, others held strong and some seized the opportunity to gain ground.
