Moves Up Three Spots to Number Six of the Largest Independent Brokerages

The RealTrends 500, a leading industry report of the performance of the top residential brokerages, has ranked Fathom Realty as the sixth Largest Independent Brokerage, up from the ninth spot in 2020. The category includes firms that are corporately owned but not franchised and ranked by closed transaction sides.

Brokerages are also ranked as Top Movers or those firms with the largest increase in transactions from 2020 to 2021. In that category, Fathom ranked eighth, up one spot from a year ago. Additionally, the company also broke the top 10 of all brokerage companies, both independent and franchise, for the first time, moving up from the 15th spot in 2020.

“These rankings validate our business model and demonstrate Fathom’s ability to grow throughout various real estate cycles. We have done great things since our founding more than ten years ago. Still, I believe that our opportunities and ability to serve agents are greater now than ever,” said Joshua Harley, Fathom’s Chief Executive Officer.
