Fathom Realty Allows Agents to Run Business Their Way!
Fathom Realty was ranked fourth among the top 100 large companies evaluated in the annual Top Places to Work survey by the Dallas Morning News. Since Fathom began participating in the program, the company has been ranked six times among the most highly regarded employers in the region.
The DMN reported, “The record 383 entries — up nearly 20% from the pre-pandemic boom year of 2019 — employed a total of 153,793 workers.” The companies were praised for ke eping their composure and continued support to their employees during turbulent times.
Some Fathom employee survey comments include:
- “Fathom allows me to be me and let me run my business my way.”
- “They allow the agent to keep more of the commission and allow agents to set their own commission rates with the seller.”
- “It’s a faith-based company from the CEO down that cares about customer service.”
Many thanks to the hard-working District Directors and Fathom agents that provide exceptional service to their clients with a servant leadership heart. The Dallas-Fort Worth Leadership team includes:
Andres Aviles, David Budny, Darrion Butler, Shivonne Carolina, Michael Creighton, Wendy Holcomb, Bonnie Lloyd, Charo Jefferson, Brandy Jett, Lisa McEntire, Rachel Mann, Kimberly Martin, Tim Moriarty, Shannon Potts, Farlene Powell, Shari Rios, Jeff Robertson, JR Russell, Sandy Wickware.
“The Dallas-Fort Worth metro area is our largest market, with more than 2,300 agents, making this feat even greater. It’s easier to build a strong culture inside a small office-based organization than in a market with 2,300 agents and no offices. I want to thank everyone on our team across the country for their hard work and dedication to our core values,” Founder and CEO Josh Harley added. “With your help, we will continue revolutionizing the residential real estate industry.”
