Fathom Realty was ranked fourth among the top 100 large companies evaluated in the annual Top Places to Work survey by the Dallas Morning News. Since Fathom began participating in the program, the company has been ranked six times among the most highly regarded employers in the region. 

The DMN reported, “The record 383 entries — up nearly 20% from the pre-pandemic boom year of 2019 — employed a total of 153,793 workers.” The companies were praised for ke eping their composure and continued support to their employees during turbulent times.
