Ten students from across the country have been selected to receive $1,500 scholarships for the 2020 fall semester as part of Fathom Realty’s twice-annual essay competition.
The scholarship program is open to the children and grandchildren of Fathom Realty’s team of real estate agents.
In the fall competition, 34 students submitted essays for review and scoring by a panel of Fathom agents and district directors. Scoring was based on how well students addressed the essay prompt: “How will I use my education to better my community and/or world.”
“We are very excited to watch this program grow, and more importantly, to watch these young men and women grow into our future leaders,” said Josh Harley, CEO of Fathom.
The competition is open to students enrolled in college or trade school. Names of the essay writers were withheld from the team of judges to ensure impartial scoring.
Fathom is proud to announce the following scholarship winners:

Kourtnie Newton

Calla Mikolajczy

Colleen Carr

Hunter Wagner

Gillian Davis

Lindsey Strenk

Mariah Richards

Noah Luebcke

Kaitlyn Franklin

Annalise Spindle
Later this year, Fathom will seek entries from students who wish to compete for a spring semester scholarship.
