Across South Carolina, Fathom Realty agents continue to raise the bar, not only in production but in professionalism, service, and community involvement. From top industry recognition to meaningful outreach, recent events highlight what it truly means to be part of an agent-first, service-driven brokerage.

Recognizing Excellence: Circle of Excellence Honorees

Several Fathom Realty agents were recently recognized by the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association with the prestigious Residential Circle of Excellence award.

This recognition is among the highest achievements for residential REALTORS® in the region. Unlike many production-based awards, the Circle of Excellence honors both top performance and meaningful involvement within the Association. To qualify, members must meet rigorous standards, including at least $50,000 in gross commission income and a significant number of participation points earned through professional engagement and service.

Fathom Realty South Carolina is proud to recognize the following honorees:

  • Heather Butler, Silver
  • Angelina McFadden, Gold
  • Brandi Clarkson, District Director, Platinum with Star of Distinction
  • Terry Bishop, Diamond

These awards reflect not only strong production but a commitment to professionalism, leadership, and giving back to the industry.

Serving the Community: Myrtle Beach Veteran Event

Fathom’s culture of service extends well beyond real estate transactions. Recently, agents in Coastal Carolina came together for a meaningful community event led by Kim Nicoll, District Director for Coastal Carolina.

Fathom Realty hosted a free concert and barbecue for veterans and volunteers at the Veteran Welcome Home Resource Center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The event brought together agents, local volunteers, and community members for a day centered on appreciation and connection.

Fathom agent KasCie Page and her band opened the event, followed by a performance from the Renegade Jason Ray Welsh Band. Agents contributed their time, resources, and energy to ensure the event’s success, while volunteers from a local church prepared and served food for attendees.

The day reflected what Fathom Realty stands for at its core: agents coming together to serve their communities in meaningful ways throughout the year.

Looking Ahead: Continuing a Tradition of Service

The momentum continues as Fathom Realty Coastal Carolina prepares for its annual Memorial Day picnic at Market Common, marking the fourth consecutive year of this community-focused tradition.

Events like these demonstrate that Fathom agents are not only focused on building successful businesses but also on making a lasting impact in the places where they live and work.

A Culture Built on Excellence and Service

From industry recognition to hands-on community involvement, Fathom Realty South Carolina continues to exemplify a culture where agents thrive professionally while giving back personally.

At Fathom Realty, success is not measured solely by transactions but by the relationships built, the communities served, and the impact made along the way.
