It’s that time again—Fathom Serves Week is here! From June 8-14, 2025, Fathom Realty agents across the nation will come together for an incredible week of service and giving back. This is more than just a week of volunteering; it’s an opportunity to make a lasting impact in our communities and demonstrate what it means to live out Fathom’s core values of service, compassion, and community.

What Is Fathom Serves Week?

Fathom Serves Week is a nationwide initiative where Fathom agents and staff unite to work on local community service projects. The goal is simple: to create positive change through hands-on involvement and support for organizations in need. Whether working at a food bank, helping with a shelter renovation, or organizing donation drives, the focus is on making a meaningful difference for those who need it most.

How Does Fathom Serves Work?

• Choose Your Service Project: Each district has selected a local organization or cause to support during Fathom Serves Week. From Habitat for Humanity builds and food pantry organizing to cleanups and donation drives, there’s no shortage of ways to make an impact. The goal is to involve as many agents as possible, uniting our efforts nationwide to serve those in need.
  
• Support Local Non-Profits: Fathom’s culture of servant leadership is built on helping others.
