Deborah (Deb) Woodard

Deb has been a licensed broker and real estate agent for 17 years and in the real estate industry since she was just 17 years old. Deb brings a personal touch to transactions and many of her clients end up being lifelong friends. Communication is key and Deb makes it a priority to always be a phone call or text away.

Deb is an adjunct instructor for Columbus State Community College where she teaches pre-licensing classes, including real estate principles and practices, real estate finance, and real estate law. She has been teaching there since 2016. 

Since 2014, she has been in real estate leadership as a branch manager, managing broker, and principal broker, growing her agent base from 200 agents to 500 agents.

 

Ginger Allen

Ginger started her real estate career in 2016. After quickly becoming a successful salesperson she opened and co-managed a local brokerage, growing it to more than 50 agents. Born and raised in Texas, Ginger has more than 20 years in telecom, insurance, and pharmacy benefits management combined with 23 years as a military spouse.

Service is in her blood. Ginger is eager to bring her leadership skills and vision to the expansion of Fathom Realty in Oklahoma City. She’s excited to serve more agents in reaching their career goals. Away from the office, Ginger enjoys dock diving, and hanging out at home with her husband, cats and dog Kit-Kat.

In 2016, Dawn decided to take her passion to serve others into the field of real estate.  She has since become a strong producing agent and earned additional certification including, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR).  Actively listening to her clients’ goals, guiding with wisdom, and going above and beyond to get the job done are just a few things that set Dawn apart. Clients are guaranteed three things when working with Dawn — an authentic relationship, a genuine heart, and contagious enthusiasm.
