Josh Harley, CEO, and Founder of Fathom Holdings, Inc., is ranked in the top 100 of the most powerful leaders in residential real estate. In its tenth year, the Swanepoel Power 200 list of the top leaders in residential real estate is published annually by T3 Sixty. Moving up the rankings over the past four years, Harley is ranked number 75 on the list of 200 for 2022.

In delivering the honor to Harley, T3 Sixty executives wrote, “After many hundreds of hours of research, we have ranked you as the 75th Most Powerful and Influential Leader in Residential Real Estate. Since your debut on the list in 2019, you have four times in the top 100, which is very impressive!”

To be ranked in the SP200, industry leaders are thoroughly analyzed through detailed criteria by the T3 Sixty top executives, who then debate and rank the final list.

“To deliver the most accurate, meaningful, and complete data possible, T3 Sixty starts with the broadest possible set of information…obtaining additional data in a variety of ways, including surveys, franchise reporting, MLS data, public financial statements, interviews, and several other proprietary processes,” states the company.

“T3 Sixty considers all these facets of power, as they relate to each leader individually and their peers, and comes up with what we feel is the industry’s most accurate annual reflection of individual power,” notes the editors in the Real Estate Almanac 2023 methodology.

Despite a turbulent residential real estate market year, Fathom Holdings grew total revenue 10.2% for the third quarter of 2022 to $111.3 million. The Company completed 12,077 real estate transactions for the 2022 third quarter, an increase of approximately 5% year-over-year.
