What have been keys to your and your team’s success?

When building your team, what was your vision?
My goal was and still is to build a team of like-minded, purpose-driven, people-oriented agents and empower them with the tools and training they need to be successful. As Josh mentioned in his training, just growing a team isn’t the focus. Developing a team with the RIGHT people who share your goals and mission is the key to long-term success.
