Before his tenure at Fathom Holdings, Josh Harley founded and led Home Central, an Internet lead generation service in the real estate space from 2007 to 2009. Before that, he served as the Internet Sales Manager at Highland Homes from 2005 to 2007, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s Internet sales strategy. His innovation journey continued from 2003 to 2005, when he founded and presided over Everdrive Solutions, assisting automotive dealerships with Internet sales strategies and training.

However, Josh Harley’s journey into leadership and innovation began long before his real estate ventures. From 1995 until 2003, he proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, where he demonstrated his dedication as an Infantry Sergeant, an Instructor at the School of Infantry, and a hand-to-hand combat instructor.
