Fathom Realty is excited to announce Michael Williams as the new District Director for Austin, Texas! Known for his servant leadership, impressive track record, and unwavering commitment to helping others, Michael brings a powerful blend of industry expertise and heartfelt service to his new role.

Since relocating from the Midwest to South Texas in 2014 and earning his real estate license in 2019, Michael has quickly made a name for himself as a multi-million dollar producer and trusted leader. Guided by two personal principles—“Help all that cross his path” and “Real estate is complicated, but how people should be treated isn’t”—he launched his team in 2021 and has earned accolades including Top Listing and Top Sales Team, PT50 Finalist, and Real Producer Top 2.5% recognition.

Michael’s passion for mentorship and agent development is evident in his service on training oversight committees, his role in teaching new agent classes, and his dedication to guiding new and seasoned agents toward success.

Beyond real estate, Michael is deeply involved in his community. He serves on his local board’s Community Outreach Committee, finding meaningful ways for REALTORS® to give back. He also founded a Giving Fund in partnership with the Northside School District in San Antonio, which has been providing school supplies, clothing, food, and Christmas gifts to students in need since 2014.

At home, Michael and his wife of 23 years enjoy quiet evenings with their three beloved dogs. When he’s not immersed in real estate, you’ll likely find him talking about sports, cars, or pups—his favorite off-duty topics.
