The Fathom Realty National Sales team is happy to announce the promotion of Michael Creighton to the National Director of Leadership Acquisition.

Michael began his real estate career in 2005 and quickly realized his passion was to help families with their housing needs. Michael found his real estate home at Fathom Realty in 2011 and has been in leadership positions since 2012. First, as a District Director, Michael grew his district from 36 agents to over 400; then, in 2022, he was promoted to Regional Director.

As National Director of Leadership Acquisition, Michael will be focused on growing Fathom’s District Director and State Leadership teams, opening new markets, and executing Fathom’s national growth plan. Michael will also work with the Walk Over and Acquisition team to build relationships with broker/owners looking to bring their brokerage to Fathom.

Samantha Giuggio, Chief Operations Officer, Fathom Realty, notes, “I am so proud to have witnessed Michael’s success over the years through his positions of increasing responsibility at Fathom. Michael’s wealth of experience and real estate expertise will serve us well in his new role as we grow nationally and attract leadership talent.”

Michael has received many awards throughout his Fathom career, from Top Recruiting District Director to retention and agent growth honors, and twice was the Fathom’s Top District Director nationally.

“We are excited to have Michael back on the recruiting team in such an important role.  Fathom’s growth hinges on finding great leaders. His experience as a leader and a successful District Director gives him the insight to source strong candidates. Michael’s dedication to Fathom is unparalleled,” says Noelle Claassen, Vice-President of National Sales for Fathom Realty.

Originally from Aledo, Texas, Michael proudly served in the U.S. Army and has lived in the North Dallas area for over 20 years. He currently lives in The Colony in Texas with his wife, Ashley, two sons, Logan and Ashton, and a daughter, Drew.
