*Qualifying agents only. To qualify, agents must have closed six or more transactions in the past twelve months and maintain an active affiliation with Fathom for a minimum of twelve months. If an agent leaves before twelve months from their onboarding date, the agent is liable to pay the signing bonus back to Fathom. It is the agent’s responsibility to provide MLS proof of transactions in their name. Accepted forms of transactions are: MLS Printout, Closing Disclosures, and ALTA's as proof of closed transactions. The uploaded proof must include the agent's name and closing dates for verification. Leases and referral transactions do not count toward the agent's total closed transactions. It is the agent’s responsibility to provide this proof. Former Fathom agents are eligible for this promotion, provided it has been over 60 days since they were with Fathom. Team Leaders are eligible for this promotion. Team members are not eligible for this promotion. This promotion does not apply to a current Fathom agent entering a secondary market.
† A Signing Bonus of $200 per transaction in the past twelve months (up to 15 transactions) will be awarded to qualifying agents in select markets. 50% of Signing Bonus will be disbursed approximately 45 days after onboarding, and the remaining 50% will be disbursed approximately 75 days after onboarding. A $500 Marketing Store credit will be awarded upon onboarding.
