Verus is proud to announce the promotions of Matilde “Matty” Chavira to Senior Vice President of Operations and Liza Ratley to Vice President of Strategic Marketing.

Matty Chavira Named SVP of Operations

Matty Chavira has been promoted from Vice President of Compliance to Senior Vice President of Operations. Known for her steady guidance and sharp operational insight, Matty has played an integral role in strengthening Verus Title’s compliance standards and regulatory performance.

Liza Ratley Named VP of Strategic Marketing

Liza Ratley has been promoted from Senior Director of Business Development to Vice President of Strategic Marketing. A respected industry veteran with more than 30 years in real estate, Liza has been instrumental in expanding Verus Title’s market presence and deepening relationships with partners nationwide.
