Ronna Chitwood is a seasoned real estate professional with a decade of experience serving buyers, sellers, and investors across Central Oklahoma and surrounding communities. Based in Edmond, Ronna has built a business grounded in values, data, and exceptional client service.
With a strong belief that smart strategy and solid business practices outperform guesswork, Ronna brings a numbers-based, insight-driven approach to every transaction. Her clients trust her not only for her market knowledge but also for her integrity, transparency, and thoughtful guidance at every stage of the buying or selling journey.
Beyond her work with clients, Ronna is passionate about developing others. As a coach and trainer, she has mentored new agents to grow strong foundations, master their craft, and build sustainable businesses. Now stepping into her role as District Director for Fathom Realty in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Ronna is focused on expanding the Fathom brand across the state. She is committed to building strong, supportive teams and helping agents grow in skill, confidence, and impact. Her mission is simple but powerful: to be a trusted guide, empowering both clients and agents through clear communication, honest advice, and exceptional service.
Outside of real estate, Ronna shares life with her partner, Jay Flinn, and their three dogs Cassie, Cooper, and Maverick. Ronna enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and finds joy in sewing, reading, and exploring new podcasts.

Angelique Reed brings nearly a decade of real estate experience, and a lifetime of service, to her role as District Director for Central Chicago. With more than eight years helping clients across Illinois find the perfect home, Angelique is known for her personal touch, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to client care.
Before entering the world of real estate, Angelique spent 35 years as a nurse and nurse manager, developing the compassion, communication skills, and problem-solving mindset that now define her real estate career. Her background in healthcare has given her a unique perspective on how to truly serve others, whether guiding a family through a home purchase or mentoring fellow agents to grow their businesses with heart and purpose.
Angelique is also deeply engaged in her community. As a youth minister, she finds joy in mentoring young people and helping them build strong foundations for the future. She brings that same sense of support and guidance into her leadership role at Fathom.
At home, Angelique is a proud wife, mother to three adult children, and a very happy grandmother. Her two-and-a-half-year-old grandson brings boundless joy and keeps life full of laughter and meaning.
