In a move that reflects its forward-thinking strategy, Fathom Holdings has sold LiveBy to Move Concierge for a total purchase price of $4.5 million. The deal includes $3.0 million in cash at closing, with an additional $300,000 annually over the next five years. As part of the agreement, Fathom will retain free access to the LiveBy platform for the next five years, ensuring continuity for agents who rely on LiveBy’s hyperlocal data and community insights. Even more impactful is Move Concierge’s commitment to provide its full suite of white-glove relocation and home setup services to all Fathom agents at no cost.

This expanded relationship reinforces Fathom’s mission to provide agents with leading-edge technology and concierge-level support through its proprietary intelliAgent platform. The benefits don’t stop at Fathom agents; any brokerage that licenses intelliAgent will also gain access to these enhanced services.
