Originally from Chicago, Laura has called Apopka, Florida, home for more than 19 years. As both a homeowner and experienced real estate professional, she brings valuable firsthand knowledge of the homebuilding and purchasing process. Having built two homes of her own and worked closely with builder representatives, she understands the nuances of new construction and helps clients navigate the process with ease and confidence.

Before launching her real estate career, Tracy earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Stockton University and later completed two Master’s degrees from Drexel University. She began her professional career in Biomedical Science, working as both an Automation Engineer and a research scientist. Her strong technical background and analytical mindset continue to shape her strategic, detail-oriented approach to real estate and leadership.
As a military spouse raising three children while supporting her husband’s active-duty military career, Tracy developed a deep understanding of relocation challenges and the unique housing needs of military families. Those experiences inspired her transition into real estate, where she quickly established herself as a rising leader and trusted Military Relocation Professional in Southern New Jersey.
Tracy specializes in working with buyers, sellers, investors, and active-duty military families, always leading with integrity, honesty, and a commitment to exceptional client service. Her dedication to educating service members and veterans on available housing benefits earned her the 2019 “Going the Extra Mile” award for military housing advocacy. Having called Minnesota home since age 13, Antoinette has a deep appreciation for the communities she serves and a strong commitment to helping others succeed in them. Her leadership is rooted in a passion for clear communication, high standards of professionalism, and continuous personal and professional growth. She is known for her encouraging approach and her ability to create an environment where agents feel supported, empowered, and inspired to thrive.

She is a proud mother of four and “Nana” to three, and she has spent more than three years leading a virtual women’s Bible study group—an extension of her commitment to service, encouragement, and integrity in all areas of life.

After a distinguished 30-year career in education, coaching, and leadership development, Scott transitioned into real estate, where he continues his passion for helping others achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
A veteran of the United States Air Force, Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Secondary Education from Clemson University in 1994. He began his educational career as a science teacher and coach before accepting the Head Baseball Coach position at Liberty High School, where he spent the next 24 years building successful programs and mentoring countless students and athletes. In 2009, he earned a Master’s Degree in Education from Southern Wesleyan University, further strengthening his commitment to leadership and professional development.
Before retiring from education, Scott became licensed with Fathom Realty, bringing the same dedication, integrity, and relationship-focused approach that defined his teaching and coaching career into the real estate profession. His decades of experience guiding individuals toward success have translated seamlessly into supporting clients, mentoring agents, and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
Known for his servant leadership style, Scott is passionate about helping agents develop their skills, build thriving businesses, and provide exceptional service to their clients. His unique background in education gives him a natural ability to coach, motivate, and empower others, making him a valuable resource for agents across the Upstate region.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Scott has been married for 38 years to his college sweetheart, Melissa Lee Biesecker. Together, they have three children—Michael, Emily, and Marissa—and are proud grandparents to Della, Hannah, and Josiah. Family remains at the center of Scott’s life and serves as a constant source of inspiration.
