Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor serves as a trusted consultant and ambassador for The Company, responsible for attracting, educating, and onboarding qualified real estate professionals and teams. This role plays a critical part in the growth of the organization by helping agents evaluate career opportunities, understand The Company’s value proposition, and successfully transition into the company.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor manages opportunities from initial contact through onboarding while building strong relationships with prospective agents, team leaders, and company leadership.
Minimum Qualifications (Education and Work Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or a related industry.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of recruitment practices, employment laws, and hiring trends.
- Strong ability to source, assess, and attract qualified candidates.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to analyze recruiting data and provide hiring insights.
- Skilled in interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiations.
- Commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
Essential Functions
Attraction & Growth
- Attract qualified real estate professionals and teams to The Company.
- Conduct consultations with prospective agents and teams.
- Deliver presentations that effectively communicate The Company’s value proposition, compensation plans, technology, support systems, culture, and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships through networking, referrals, social media, events, prospecting activities, and company-provided leads.
- Consistently follow up with prospective agents and teams throughout the exploration process.
- Utilize video conferencing, virtual presentation platforms, and digital communication tools to conduct career consultations and presentations with prospective agents and teams.
- Participate in company-wide attraction programs, initiatives, campaigns, events, and platform rollouts while supporting organizational growth objectives and maintaining alignment with company attraction strategies, including but not limited to coaching, vendor webinars, virtual events, market blitzes, and company-sponsored growth initiatives.
- Represent The Company professionally at industry events, networking opportunities, virtual presentations, and recruiting functions.
Lead & Opportunity Management
- Utilize company CRM systems and technology platforms to track attraction activity and manage opportunities.
Maintain accurate records, notes, communication history, and activity tracking. - Follow established attraction processes, lead management systems, and company protocols.
- Manage opportunities from initial contact through successful onboarding.
- Maintain accurate documentation of career consultations, follow-up activity, onboarding status, and attraction outcomes.
Onboarding Support
- Assist prospective agents and teams throughout the onboarding process.
- Coordinate with onboarding, operations, compliance, and support departments to ensure a smooth transition.
- Ensure all onboarding requirements are completed accurately and timely.
- Serve as a resource and liaison for newly onboarded agents during their transition into The Company.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Work closely with District Directors, State Brokers, and company leadership to support attraction initiatives and growth strategies.
- Coordinate agent attraction efforts and identify market-specific growth opportunities.
- Communicate market feedback, attraction trends, agent concerns, competitor activity, and growth opportunities to leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve attraction systems, processes, and outcomes.
Industry Knowledge & Professional Development
- Stay informed regarding local market conditions, industry trends, brokerage models, technology advancements, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of The Company’s programs, services, technology, and value proposition.
- Participate in required meetings, training sessions, coaching programs, and professional development opportunities.
Travel
- This role does not require travel.
Working Hours and Location
- Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor is required to devote a minimum of 40 hours per week to the position and is responsible for ensuring that all work is completed within agreed-upon timelines, which may require additional hours above 40 hours/week.
- Preference for this position is remote work.
