As our company continues to grow into new markets, we are searching for leaders to provide our agents with the support they need to grow their business.

At Fathom, our area leaders are much more than simply recruiters. A District Director at Fathom wears that hat of office leader, broker manager, team leader, and recruiter. This is why we’ve chosen the term “director. ”Each “DD” is responsible for the success of both the agents in their district as well as the growth in their district.
