At Fathom, we believe that investing in people is the most powerful way to shape the future. That is why we are proud to announce the ten recipients of the Spring 2026 Fathom Scholarship Program, each of whom will receive a $1,500 scholarship to support their education and career goals.

Twice each year, this program recognizes the children and grandchildren of Fathom Holdings agents and staff who are pursuing college, university, or trade school education. It is one of the many ways we extend our commitment to growth, opportunity, and community beyond our agents and employees to the next generation of leaders.

This semester, 34 students submitted essays responding to the question:

“How will you leverage your education to positively impact your community and the world?”

Their responses were thoughtful, inspiring, and purposeful. Students shared aspirations to become healthcare professionals, educators, engineers, entrepreneurs, and skilled tradespeople, all united by a desire to give back and make a meaningful difference. Each essay was reviewed anonymously by a panel of Fathom agents and district directors who volunteered their time to serve on the Scholarship Essay Review Team, ensuring a fair and unbiased selection process.

Billy Nunez, Director of Culture at Fathom Realty, shared his reflections on this year’s applicants:

“This spring’s Fathom Scholarship essays moved us deeply with their courage, creativity, and vision for what’s possible. To every student who shared their story and every sponsor who believes in their potential, thank you. Your investment of time, heart, and hope reminds us why we champion the next generation. Selecting recipients was incredibly difficult, not because of a lack of excellence, but because of an abundance of it. The passion and promise expressed in these essays assure us that the future is not only bright, but it is in thoughtful, capable, and determined hands.”

The Fathom Scholarship Program is more than financial support. It is a celebration of ambition, perseverance, and the spirit of service that defines the Fathom family. Each recipient represents the promise of what is possible when opportunity meets determination.

As we celebrate our Spring 2026 scholars, we also celebrate the families, mentors, and communities who have supported them along the way. Their achievements remind us that education can transform lives, strengthen communities, and shape a brighter future for all.
