Fathom Realty proudly welcomes Deanna Bone back to the leadership team as the District Director for the East Valley – Phoenix, Arizona.

With over 23 years in real estate, Deanna is the CEO and Team Leader of the Southwest Home Team. She is known for running a values-driven business with excellence as the foundation. She began her career with one of Arizona’s top new home builders before transitioning into residential resale, where she built a business rooted in relationships, trust, and results.

Through ongoing education, consistent dedication, and a strong commitment to serving others, Deanna quickly turned her business into a referral-based powerhouse. Today, her team has closed over $200 million in gross sales volume, with 99.2% of their business coming from past clients and referrals—a true testament to the experience they deliver.

Deanna believes that success doesn’t happen alone. She credits her growth to the support of great mentors, including her longtime business coach Beverly Cairns and the training from Brian Buffini’s programs, which taught her the power of connection, care, and community. 

She is also the co-author of The Transformational Journey, an Amazon #1 bestseller, highlighting her dedication to personal and professional growth.

In addition to serving as a FAST Mentor and District Director for Fathom Realty in Phoenix’s East Valley, Deanna is now stepping into the role of State Broker to support, guide, and inspire agents across Arizona. Christine Papworth

Christine Papworth brings a distinguished career spanning four decades in the real estate industry to her new role as District Director for Fathom Realty in St. George and Cedar City, Utah. Licensed in 1984 in Manteca, California, and earning her broker’s license by 1989, Christine has built a legacy of excellence through leadership, innovation, and true service. Known for her combination of unique style, contagious spirit, energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge, she is truly one of a kind. 

Christine launched her brokerage, Papworth Properties, in Lathrop, California, before relocating the business to Manteca in 1993. Her entrepreneurial spirit and relentless dedication to client service propelled her to the top 1% of REALTORS® nationwide for over two decades, averaging an impressive 163 transactions annually. A pioneer in the field, she initiated, developed, and performed some of the first short sales in the early 1990s. Later, she founded the Short Sale Trauma Assistance Team (S.S.T.A.T.) to support agents and clients navigating distressed property transactions.

An accomplished speaker, radio host, and real estate coach, Christine has been affiliated with some of the industry’s most recognized organizations. She was a long-time member and elite coach within the Mike Ferry Organization, crediting Mike Ferry and her coaches in that system with much of her success.  Christine was included in MFO’s prestigious M3 and M4 elite Masterminds and simultaneously was coached by Matthew Ferry, a master of mindset and NLP. Christine also served as national MAPS coach for Keller Williams while leading her top-producing team, THE REAL ESTATE DOCTOR NETWORK, operating within the Northern California/Hawaii Region.

Her radio talk show, HOUSECALLS with Christine Papworth: The Real Estate Doctor, became a well-known platform for consumer education and real estate insights in the Central Valley of California.

In 2019, Christine sold her real estate business and relocated to St. George, Utah. While she officially stepped back from sales, she has continued her passion for agent development through coaching with both MAPS and the Mike Ferry Organization. Her coaching practice, Coaching with Christine Papworth: The Real Estate Doctor, remains a sought-after resource for agents seeking strategic guidance, accountability, and professional growth.

In 2025, Christine challenged and passed the very rigorous Utah broker’s exam.

Along with her real estate career, Christine directs the Celebration Interfaith Choir, directs musical theater, and is dedicated to her loving, supportive family, friends, previous and present staff, colleagues, and the Church.

Now, as District Director for Fathom Realty in Southern Utah, Christine is focused on mentoring agents, cultivating a culture of excellence, and supporting the growth of Fathom’s presence in the region, which she is determined to accentuate through achievement of her personal lofty goals of helping her real estate clients as well as the agents she serves, see what true customer service in the real estate industry can and should be. With a rich background in leadership, coaching, and high-performance sales, Christine is eager to help the next generation of agents in their success and growth through leading by example.

Outside the office, Trisha lives a vibrant, adventure-filled life with her husband and two children in Minnesota. Their household also includes two dogs, a cat, and three ducks.
