We are thrilled to announce the recipients of the Fathom Holdings Spring 2024 Scholarship Program! Twenty outstanding students from across the United States have been selected to receive $1,500 scholarships to support their educational journeys.

The Fathom Scholarship program, a testament to our commitment to education and community, is exclusively open to the children and grandchildren of Fathom Holdings, Inc. employees and dedicated real estate agents. It reflects our dedication to supporting higher education within our extended Fathom family.

This year, 58 aspiring scholars submitted essays addressing the question: “How will you leverage your education to impact your community positively and, perhaps, the world at large?” Their essays were evaluated by a panel of esteemed Fathom agents and district directors.

“I would like to sincerely thank you and the Fathom Scholarship Committee for your confidence and willingness to assist me in achieving my goals. I cannot tell you how honored and deeply appreciative I am to the Fathom Scholarship Committee for its continued support during my college career. Your generosity has let me grow as a student and allowed me to be a participant in college life. Because of this scholarship, I’m able to enjoy on-campus college activities. I will continue to work hard and stand stronger through the rest of my college career. By awarding me the Fathom Family Fund Scholarship, you have lightened my financial burden considerably, which will allow me to focus more on the most important aspect of school: learning. Heading into my semester of college, I have never been so motivated to make myself and my family proud and make you proud. You have helped me get closer to my future success, and I promise to continue to work hard to honor the Fathom Scholarship. Your generosity has inspired me to help others, and I hope one day I will be able to help students achieve their aspirations just as you have helped me. Thank you for assisting me to continue this amazing journey,” wrote recipient Katelyn Schultz.

William J. Nunez, the Director of Culture at Fathom Realty, expressed his admiration for the essays, noting the passion, determination, and forward-thinking vision exhibited by the next generation of scholars.

“Thank you to all the talented students who participated in our spring 2024 scholarship essay event! Your dedication and insightful contributions truly impressed our Essay Review Team members. Each essay showcased remarkable creativity, depth, and passion. We are inspired by your commitment to bettering the world around you and your compelling perspectives. Congratulations to all participants on your outstanding efforts!” says Nunez.

The competition was open to students currently enrolled in college or pursuing a trade school education. To maintain impartiality, the names of the essay writers were kept confidential from the judges.
