The willing and able Fathom Realty agents of Las Vegas, NV, volunteered for an all-day Habitat for Humanity Team Build on October 21, 2022. Led by District Director Paul Tippets, eight agents and one Encompass Lending loan officer worked on a home for one of two recipient families from the 900 applicants that requested new builds this year.
In addition, the group raised $800.00 to support the family’s needs in their new home.

According to the website, Habitat for Humanity Las Vegas, “builds single-family homes throughout Clark County for working families earning less than 80% of the Area’s Median Income. The house sells at no profit through a zero-interest mortgage. Families and volunteers work together to build Habitat homes, including the one they will eventually purchase.”
“Helping families in need and giving back to the community. It represents more than just someone moving into a house; it’s about improving the entire family’s lives, creating generational wealth, and helping break the cycle of poverty,” commented Paul.
