Fathom Realty announced the appointment of Lori Muller as President of Fathom Realty, effective February 9, 2026. Muller succeeds Samantha Giuggio, who stepped down from her roles as President of Fathom Realty and Chief Operating Officer of Fathom Holdings after more than a decade of transformative leadership.

This leadership transition reflects a thoughtful evolution for the company as it continues to scale its agent-centric platform and integrated services model.

Lori Muller Brings Proven Industry Leadership

Muller brings more than 20 years of experience in residential real estate leadership to her new role. Most recently, she served as President of the U.S. organization at EXIT Realty Corp. International, where she oversaw brokerage operations, agent growth, and strategic initiatives nationwide.

During her tenure, Muller supported a network of more than 25,000 agents and earned recognition for driving large-scale operational growth while maintaining a strong, people-first culture. Her leadership style and operational expertise align closely with Fathom Realty’s long-standing commitment to empowering agents and brokerage leaders.

Under her leadership, Fathom expanded into 42 states and Washington, D.C., supporting more than 15,000 licensed agents with scalable systems, training, and operational support. Giuggio played a central role in strengthening the company’s culture and operational foundation.

She was also instrumental in launching Fathom Elevate, the company’s concierge-level solution for agent marketing, transaction coordination, and coaching, which continues to set a new standard for agent support across the industry.
