Fathom Realty is proud to announce the appointment of four new District Directors in Idaho, Ohio, Texas and Wisconsin as the national growth plan continues. These experienced leaders are ready to support Fathom Agents and expand brand loyalty in their local areas. Join us in offering best wishes for their success!

Michele de Reus-McCord
District: North Ada County, Idaho
[email protected] | 208-440-8552

A native Idahoan, Michele de Reus-McCord, has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2005 and was the Designated Broker at ACCEL Realty Partners, which Fathom Idaho recently acquired.  She is the new District Director for North Ada County in Idaho. With the last name de Reus (Dutch for “the giant”), Michele lives life large and somewhat a little “dutchy.”

Before real estate, Michele had a 16-year career in corporate America as an Account Manager for Ore-Ida Foods’ New Appetizer Team and a Corporate Account Manager for Kinko’s Regional Sales Team.  She started her leadership journey with the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, where she served as the local and state president and the state governor.  In 2014, she was honored by the Women’s and Children’s Alliance as a TWIN (Tribute to Women in Industry) Honoree.  She currently serves on the Boise Regional REALTORS® as the State Director, a member of the Finance Committee, and a member of the Idaho REALTORS® ByLaws Committee.  She is also an RPAC President’s Circle Golden R contributor.

The youngest daughter of an orthopedic nurse and wildlife biologist, Michele is a nature enthusiast at heart. She loves playing in the water, downhill skiing, mountain bike riding, and Jesus, not necessarily in that order (Smiling).  An entrepreneur, Michele finds joy in collaborating with others, wrote a book in 2012 called Daring to Choose, and is currently working on a productivity app with her partners – a beta test coming soon. But, hands down, the best job she has had is raising her “now adult son” – Cole de  Reus Vevig.  She is excited about getting to do life with her husband, Rick, and is blessed to be “the bonus mom” to his son, Theron.

Michele absolutely loves real estate and is fascinated by ideas and connections, which lends itself well to the real estate industry, where she looks for the best strategies to support clients and agents tailoring to their unique needs and gifts.

Michele’s mottos are “Create an Environment for Success” and “BE Inspired and BE Moved.” Her thoughtful approach to every transaction and agent she supervises and mentors is evident.

She is excited to be part of a growing brokerage with “servant leadership and love” at the heart of their core principles and great technologies to support the agents in building their businesses.

Lisa McEntire
District: Denton County – North, Texas
[email protected] | 940-230-0780

Lisa McEntire’s real estate career began 14 years ago and continues to be her passion. Sitting on the Greater Denton/Wise County Board of REALTORS® (GDWCAR) has helped further her knowledge in the real estate industry. Lisa will be President of the Board in a couple of years and is thrilled to lead the organization. Lisa also serves as the Governmental Affairs Chair of the GDWCAR. In addition, she is constantly seeking ways to broaden her expertise in real estate.

“I am so happy to be a part of the Fathom team. It is a blessing to be surrounded by such an awesome group of agents!” says Lisa. “Thank you again to Fathom for giving me this opportunity. Looking forward to working with you all.”

Emily Rompage
District: Central Columbus, Ohio
[email protected] | 614-208-2015

It is often said that the best REALTORS® start their careers doing something different. This is true with Emily Rompage. She was an elementary school teacher in Columbus, Ohio, for several years. As a result, she learned all the necessary communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills she uses daily in her real estate practice.

Emily’s passion for working with first-time homebuyers stems from her heart for education. In addition to selling real estate for nine years, Emily has been a mentor to many successful agents and takes pride in watching them reach their goals. Emily always puts her client’s needs above all else, ensuring each transaction is important, and her clients feel like VIPs. One consistent refrain throughout her career is a daily reminder to do three things: have conversations, be a problem solver, and have fun!

When not engaged with clients or mentees, Emily most often can be found reading. Traveling and spending time with her husband and their three kitties are also top of her list. She is also an active member of the Columbus Church of Christ, serving the community locally and traveling on missions abroad.

Tammie Samborski
District: Southeast Milwaukee, Wisconsin
[email protected] | 414-305-5386

Helping and serving others, along with a strong work ethic, has been ingrained in Tammie Samborski’s core from her early days as a Division I Scholarship Collegiate Athlete, Tennis Professional, Coach and Tennis Director for a combined 22 years.

Tammie’s drive to serve carried over to her real estate career in 2018, driven by her passion for helping clients with the most significant financial decision of their lives. Throughout the years, Tammie was a top performer and Mentor and got her Broker’s license in record time to become a natural “outside of the box” leader. She is also proud to have become a real estate investor in her own right. Tammie’s personal experiences and passions allow her to be a specialist in Physician Relocations, Investing, and WI Lake Real Estate. In addition, Tammie is excited to continue being a servant leader to a team of agents as a District Director.
