T3 Sixty Mega 1000 shows brokerages like Fathom surpassing older incumbents.
Fathom Realty is proud to announce its inclusion in the T3 Sixty MEGA 1000, the most comprehensive ranking of the largest residential real estate brokerages in the United States. According to the recently released 2023 report, Fathom Realty is ranked as the #8 largest brokerage by agent count, #10 by transaction sides, and #15 by sales volume, increasing from #20 in 2022. This achievement is a testament to Fathom Realty’s commitment to providing top-notch services and support to its agents and clients and its ability to adapt and thrive in the rapidly evolving real estate industry.
The Mega 1000, which analyzes and ranks the residential real estate industry’s most prominent brokerage companies by sales volume, transaction sides, and agent count, is the fifth and final section of the T3 Sixty Real Estate Almanac, a comprehensive report on the industry in the Real Estate Almanac. All research, analysis, and rankings are compiled every year by the team at T3 Sixty.
Early this year, Josh Harley, CEO and Founder of Fathom Holdings, Inc., was ranked in the top 100 of the most powerful leaders in residential real estate. In its tenth year, the Swanepoel Power 200 list of the top leaders in residential real estate is published annually by T3 Sixty. Moving up the rankings over the past four years, Harley was ranked number 75 on the list of 200 for 2022.
“This year’s Mega 1000 reveals that the transition from the old paradigm of brokerages to the new paradigm is complete,” said Stefan Swanepoel, executive chairman of the T3 Sixty family of companies. “Many of these modern brokerages offer new models for funding, agent compensation, and technology, and the data shows, quite clearly, that their innovations are paying off and creating extraordinary change across the industry.”
