Five New District Directors Welcomed to Fathom’s Leadership Team

Fathom Realty welcomes five new District Directors to attract, hire, train, and retain the best real estate agents in established markets. These outstanding leaders ensure that Fathom agents have the resources and support to serve their clients with a frictionless transaction experience.

Craig B. Daugherty
District: West Charlotte, North Carolina

Originally from the western part of the Tar Heel State, Craig is a native of Black Mountain, NC. He ventured to Charlotte in the 1980s to attend the University of North Carolina Charlotte, where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Falling in love with the Queen City, it became his adopted home. 

Craig brings extensive sales, marketing, real estate, retail, and financial management experience to his position at Fathom Realty. He has held Vice President and management positions within the home building, real estate, banking, computer, and retail industries. However, he found his true passion in real estate and homebuilding. Craig holds real estate broker licenses in North and South Carolina. He is committed to helping clients find their dream home with an exceptional experience.

Craig and his wife Diane reside in Charlotte and enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, and caring for their three godchildren.


Kim Martin
District: Dallas NE, Rockwell County, and East Texas

Client satisfaction remains a top priority in Kim’s business, and she believes a buyer or seller should expect first-class service regardless of their price range. Over the years, her clients have become friends, and she has enjoyed getting to know each of them. She strives to stay abreast of trends and client needs by attending conferences, seminars, and other educational training that equip her with the knowledge to best serve buyers and sellers.

Kim obtained her real estate license in 1996 and began serving the real estate market in Rusk, Gregg, Smith, Harrison, Upshur, and surrounding counties. Kim has been a multi-million dollar producer during her real estate career and received awards for her many achievements. This includes being named REALTOR® of the Year for her Remax office and top sales agent for Coldwell Banker and Remax offices in East Texas.

Kim currently serves on the Board of Directors and several committees for the Longview Area Association of REALTORS®. In recent years, she has served on the Board of Directors for Longview Community Ministries, Gregg County Republican Women, Rusk County Main Street Advisory Board, and other community organization committees.

Originally from the Dallas area, Kim now resides in Longview, TX. She is the proud mom of two daughters and Nan to three grandchildren plus one more on the way!


Ophélie Montgomery
District: Canyon County, Idaho

Fathom Realty’s Ophélie Montgomery is the Idaho State REALTOR® of the Year for 2022! The Idaho REALTORS® annually awards a member who brings forth the true meaning of being a REALTOR® and their impact on the community. 

Taking her role as a REALTOR® seriously, Ophélie inserted herself directly into the state and local associations, actively supporting the real estate industry in schools, public venues and always with the best of attitudes. As a former teacher, she is a champion for education and strongly advocates for scholarships to high school students in her local association. In addition, Ophélie writes and develops continuing education classes for her school Trilogy Real Estate Educators offering CE credits and Code of Ethics classes to Idaho REALTORS®.

Ophélie is President of the Nampa Association of REALTORS® (NAOR), was awarded the NAOR REALTOR® of the Year and the Good Neighbor Award in 2020, and has served on the NAOR Board of Directors since 2018. She has worked collaboratively on the 2021 Convention Committee for Idaho REALTORS®, NAOR Education Committee, NAOR Putts and Pints Committee, Parade of Home Committee, chaired the NAOR Awards Banquet, and organized a free haircut event for the Nampa School District children based on her desire to provide this much-needed service.

Earning her real estate license in 2005, Ophélie immediately received her broker’s license, followed by the GRI designation. In her first year of practice, she received her brokerage’s Agent of the Year award and was a Circle of Excellence award recipient in Ada County. 

Born and raised in Burgundy, France, Ophelie taught foreign languages in Arizona and Idaho public schools and taught abroad in Germany. She completed two Master of Business Administration degrees in Strausberg, France, and Dresden, Germany, and is trilingual.

Beyond real estate, Ophelie loves spending time with her husband of 20 years and their four children –  cooking, gardening, and traveling. She volunteers as a Guardian Ad Litem in the 3rd District, working with foster children.


Chris Prescott

Chris loves working with buyers and sellers and has over 350 closed sales in his 35-year career. His passion is building teams, mentoring, and working with agents in growing their businesses so they can reap as much enjoyment from real estate as he has over his career.

As a lifetime student of the real estate industry, Chris understands the importance of learning and growing from the change and disruption happening in the market today. Chris has experience in both commercial and residential real estate. He has served on the MNAR Professional Standards Committee, the Northstar MLS Advisory Committee. In addition, he is a certified NAR Code of Ethics Instructor and a licensed continuing education provider for Minnesota.
