In Montana, Amber Corrow-Scott takes on the dual role of State Broker and District Director, drawing on nearly two decades of real estate experience and a passion for education and mentorship. In Southern Indiana, Jennifer McKinney-Seet steps into the District Director role, blending creativity, sales expertise, and a heart for helping others thrive. In Oklahoma, Bryan Rody joined the leadership team as District Director, bringing more than 33 years of real estate success, a strong mentoring spirit, and a mission to lead with integrity and serve with heart.

Fathom Realty is thrilled to welcome Becky Clark back to the leadership team as the District Director for Northeast and Northwest Houston and Beaumont, TX. Becky brings extensive experience in the real estate industry and an impressive track record of success. A licensed REALTOR® since 2014, she also has a strong background in the title industry, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the real estate process.  

After relocating to Houston in July 2022 from East Texas, Becky quickly established herself as a multi-million dollar producer, consistently ranking as a top producer and listing agent. Her exceptional sales skills and ability to build strong client relationships have solidified her reputation as a leading REALTOR® in the region.  

In addition to her leadership role at Fathom Realty, Becky remains actively involved in the industry. She serves as a board member of the Montgomery County Women’s Council of REALTORS® as its strategic partner liaison. She is also a member of the Houston Association of REALTORS® Political Affairs Committee.  

Beyond real estate, Becky loves to travel whenever possible and enjoys cooking for her family, especially crafting delicious desserts.

A Montana native with 19 years of experience as a successful real estate broker, Amber brings a deep understanding of the local market, a passion for education, and a heart for service to her new leadership role.  

Amber’s career began in Default Management and Loss Mitigation with CitiBank, followed by a transition into property management—an experience that laid a strong foundation for her real estate journey. Over nearly two decades, she has built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to helping clients and colleagues.  

Amber met her husband in Great Falls, where they raised four wonderful children who are now grown and thriving. Her love for Montana runs deep, and her dedication to the industry matches her drive to see others succeed.  

As a Real Estate Trainer with her local association, Amber is passionate about education and mentorship. She plans to expand her training efforts across the state, empowering Fathom agents through continued growth and development. Amber is actively involved in her association and values the power of collaboration and ongoing learning from the professionals around her.

We are excited to announce Jennifer McKinney-Seet as the new District Director for Southern Indiana! With 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, contract negotiation, and customer service, Jennifer brings a wealth of expertise and a deep passion for helping others succeed.

Her diverse background includes working as a paralegal, leading high-profile nonprofit fundraising events, and excelling in hospitality and luxury sales with JW Marriott and Marriott IndyPlace, where she managed a top-performing sales team. When the hospitality industry faced challenges during COVID-19, Jennifer seamlessly transitioned to real estate, where she quickly rose to success—earning “Rookie of the Year” and multiple top producer awards.

In 2021, Jennifer partnered with fellow agent April Reamsnyder to create Property Divas Indiana, a dynamic real estate team known for its creative problem-solving and client-focused approach. True to their tagline, “When you want the best, you want a DIVA!” Jennifer thrives on delivering outstanding service and innovative strategies to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.

Jennifer and her husband, Rob Seet, Esq., have been married for 25 years and enjoy life on their lake home in Southern Indiana with their three children. She is also an adjunct professor at Indiana University, teaching in the Tourism, Convention, and Event Management Department.
