Josh is excited to move into his new role as the District Director for Cincinnati. He has been with Fathom Realty for over two years and loves the agent model and the local and nationwide company culture. Fathom colleague James Hood was instrumental in building the local Fathom brand and culture, and Josh wants to thank him for his guidance and wisdom. Gratefully, Jim will remain a vital part of the Cincinnati team, and Josh will continue looking to him for advice and counsel.

Before his real estate career, Josh managed his father’s HVAC company until it was sold in 2017. His goal when transitioning into a real estate career was to move into a coaching, mentoring, and support role. While Josh loves the ins and outs and sometimes roller coaster rides of home buying and selling, his greatest fulfillment comes from helping others succeed and reach their goals. Josh truly believes in Fathom’s servant leadership culture and looks forward to serving his District team.

Josh and his wife, Nicky, have been married for nearly 22 years. They met when Josh was doing mission work at Nicky’s home church in London, England, so yes, she has a British accent! They have two children, Zoe, 17, and Jude, 8. In addition, Josh has served as the Pastor of Mason Church of God for 13 years.

Lisa is a homegrown native of Northern Colorado and has watched as the area has grown from small towns to thriving and bustling communities. So naturally, she is active in her community and pulls from her extensive knowledge and network to provide best-in-class service to buyers, sellers, and agents.

Lisa started her real estate career several years ago in Southern California. She brings a successful track record of more than 20 years that includes high-profile leadership positions and recognized sales achievements in the high-tech, biomedical, pharmaceutical, and real estate industries. She earns the respect of her clients and agents with her direct and honest approach, always giving candid advice.

She takes pride in giving back to the community by serving and supporting local organizations and charities, including the War Eagle Garage, Stillwater Ranch, Realities for Children, and Women’s Council of REALTORS®, to name a few. Lisa holds a degree in International Managerial Finance from Metropolitan State University, Denver, Colorado.

Merri St. Pierre-Krohn

Merri is a native New Englander and followed her family to Southwest Florida in 2000.

She began her professional career in the insurance industry. Even though she excelled in her career, Merri wanted to be in a position to serve first-time homebuyers, making their dream of homeownership a reality. Since becoming a licensed real estate professional in 2002, Merri has helped countless clients find beautiful homes in sunny southwest Florida. 

Merri prides herself on honesty and consistently delivering a transparent transaction, no matter what side of the deal she represents. As a result, she has turned sellers and buyers into long-time clients, but most importantly, they have also turned into real friends.

With over 20 years of industry experience, she has helped new agents understand the real estate market and has given time and energy to achieve their career goals. Additionally, Merri serves as a Fathom Mentor and looks forward to growing the Southwest Florida team in her new role as District Director. She looks forward to sharing ideas and information with her agents and watching their businesses grow!

Merri is very proud of her bonus daughters Kayli and Rickelle. Although they are both adults, she has a very close relationship with them. Kayli resides in Saint Petersburg, Florida, with her two dogs. Rickelle lives in Colorado Springs with her husband, Jarrett.

When Merri is not busy listing and selling real estate, she enjoys cooking, reading, and relaxing with her husband by the pool. Merri spends time taking care of her elderly mother and her mothers’ best friend. She loves hanging out with her dog and spending time with him at the dog park.

Kimberly Nicoll

Kim is a New Jersey native and relocated to Myrtle Beach in 2012 with her family. Living just minutes from the beach, she is honored to help her Coastal Carolina clients with their real estate needs. 

Before becoming a REALTOR® and broker, Kim spent many years serving clients in mortgage operations, preparing her to eventually serve their home buying and selling needs. Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art from William Paterson University in New Jersey.

She is passionate about assisting her clients and especially enjoys working with local Veterans and Military families. Kim is a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) serving those who have served our country. She looks forward to partnering with their Hometown Heroes and exploring new ways to serve this community.

If Kim is not working with clients or mentoring new agents in the industry, she can be found at the ball field enjoying time with her husband and teenage kids, who keep her smiling, busy, and humble.

Bessie Ostrander

Originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, Bessie moved to the Hampton Roads area in 2015 with her husband stationed in Virginia with the Navy. She obtained a Bachelor’s in Public Relations and Advertising from SUNY Cortland and worked in Military housing before launching her real estate career.

Bessie has served the Hampton Roads real estate market as a licensed real estate professional since 2016. She is a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and consistently holds top producer rankings in the area. In addition, her impressive sales skills and ability to build strong client relationships have established her as a leading REALTOR® in the region. Bessie recently earned her Broker-In-Charge license in 2023 and is a team leader and mentor. 

As a Military spouse, she knows how hard it is to build new relationships when relocating. Bessie strongly believes in fostering a sense of community with her buyers and sellers. She intends to hold quarterly meetups and client appreciation events to create more bonding experiences, particularly for Military homebuyers.

When she’s not busy helping clients or mentoring other agents, Bessie enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons. They love to be outdoors, and their boys are always busy with sports. She recently ran her first half marathon and begins each workday with a workout.

As a District Director, Bessie aims to grow the Fathom brand in Hampton Roads. It is a large region, and she recognizes the potential to recruit more agents for the company.
