Fathom Holdings, Inc. proudly announces that Paul Marsh, Chief Financial Officer at Encompass Lending Group (ELG), has been promoted to the Executive Vice-President of Sales at ELG.

Paul also adds a wealth of knowledge from his experience performing several key leadership roles in operations and sales at ELG while performing his CFO role. I look forward to seeing what ELG can accomplish with Paul leading the charge with our national growth.”

Marsh brought extensive financial management and operations expertise to his Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role for three wholly-owned Fathom Holdings, Inc subsidiaries. He has owned multiple companies in the service, insurance, technology, manufacturing, club sports, and real estate industries including Encompass Lending Group, Real System Sales Results, ZoomBang, Katy United, and NJPKaty South. In addition, Marsh has consulted with multi-unit businesses and managed a commercial real estate development company for projects in Houston, Texas.

Prior to joining Encompass Lending, Marsh was CFO for Christian Brothers Automotive Corporation, spearheading the company’s acquisition of over $75 million in construction financing and debt restructuring from numerous institutional and non-institutional sources. This allowed the company to experience tremendous growth and become a leading national franchise brand. He also led the company through two equity transactions to buy out a venture capital firm and restore full ownership to the founder.

Marsh is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas with the flair and drive of an entrepreneur. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics degrees from the University of North Texas. He is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, and Financial Executives International. Marsh was also recognized in 2004 in the National Register’s Who’s Who for Executives and Professionals and was a CFO of the Year finalist by the Houston Business Journal in 2007 and 2016. 

Marsh has contributed to professional organizations through service as committee chair and board member for Financial Executives International, board member for NAMB, and board member, treasurer, and past president for GHAMP. He is an active community member and has volunteered with Junior Achievement. Marsh is Chairman of the Board for T Bar M Sports Camp, Board Member for Katy United (club sports team), and finance/audit chair for Cinco Ranch Property.
