Claire relocated from Hawaii to practice law and real estate in New Mexico. She is a highly experienced REALTOR® in estates, investment, residential, and trust properties.
She enjoys helping families who are upsizing or downsizing and first-time home buyers. Her goal is to provide valuable advice, market data, and problem-solving that results in successful outcomes. Claire looks forward to growing Fathom Realty’s presence in New Mexico by attracting the most capable agents and supporting their dreams and goals.
One of Fathom’s youngest District Directors, Andres Aviles, was inspired to pursue real estate and establish his career shortly after college. After just five years in the industry, Andres has shown strong leadership and team-building skills that align with Fathom’s servant-based leadership mentality and culture. He hopes to bring together a community based on trust, authenticity, and transparency. This philosophy is not only for his buyers and sellers but for other agents in the DFW-Metroplex.
Andres strives to serve his community by providing information and training to all of his clients and agents. He caters to Spanish and English-speaking clients and specializes in assisting first-time home buyers, new construction projects, and land purchases. Andres prides himself in putting client relationships and communication before sales. His favorite part of being a REALTOR® is seeing first-time buyer clients’ faces light up when they realize their dream of homeownership and that he was able to strategize the offer terms leading to a successful outcome.
In his free time, Andres and his German shepherd Roxy love to go backpacking and road-tripping across the states. He also enjoys playing golf, having a good coffee, and hanging out with his friends.
Melissa’s husband of 26 years is a general contractor who gave her the nudge to start a real estate career. With professional experience in customer service, Melissa prides herself on focusing on serving the needs of her clients. She began her real estate career 16 years ago, focusing on new construction sales.
As her career evolved, Melissa became a specialist in another area, CAFO or concentrated animal feeding operation sales. She is so proud to support rural America and the farmers that feed us.
Melissa and her husband love spending time with their four adult children and 12 grandchildren!
Wendy serves the Collin County East district in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in Texas. She brings a mix of investment banking and a legal background into her work in real estate. Wendy has a passion for continuing to learn and grow through classes, certifications, and genuinely listening. She is a Fathom Mentor and enjoys guiding, teaching, and serving other agents.
Wendy is dedicated to the highest standards of the industry and seeks excellence in every aspect of the business. Devoted to her agents and clients, she truly serves with a servant’s heart. Wendy often expresses that it is her great joy to work in real estate and have the opportunity to serve Fathom agents as District Director.
Born and raised in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Wendy serves the community she knows and loves. She has an eleven-year-old son who is her sunshine and two loud and messy boxers she loves so much. Wendy is involved with her church and enjoys serving and giving back to her community in Collin County.
Originally from Atlanta, GA, Julian earned degrees in Information System Technology and Psychology and was accepted to flight school as an Army helicopter pilot. He later became an Army instructor pilot training new Army flight students where he was voted the outstanding instructor of the flight in the overwhelming majority of classes that he taught. After moving to San Antonio in 2003, Julian went on to train Air Force officers in logistics readiness and attained his Master Instructor certification the following year with over 3000 hours on the podium.
While still serving in the military, Julian earned his license as a loan officer in 2006 and shortly after opened Paradigm Institute Loan Officer and Mortgage Broker Training School. He wrote and taught one of the highest first-time pass rate courses in the state of Texas. Thirteen months later he would open his own mortgage branch of Southwest Funding. Julian soon determined that training new REALTORS® in contracts, closing documents, and loan officer basics was the best way to earn their trust and business.
Julian went on to retire from the military and graduate law school earning his Juris Doctorate degree in California. He then earned his real estate license specializing in commercial leasing before returning to San Antonio. After earning his Texas real estate license, Julian became a certified TREC instructor, and John Maxwell certified leadership coach and trainer. He has since written multiple real estate training programs and lectures to real estate agents, lenders, and leaders throughout Texas. He is now a mentor, trainer, and team leader.
A life-long teacher, Julian offers training on Facebook branding, Buyer and Seller Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, Listing and Contract to Closing Strategies, Business Development and Scaling, People-First Leadership, and Train-the-Trainer courses.
Wendy has been in the real estate business collectively for 29 years. She has worked solo and in big brick-and-mortar offices but recently joined Fathom Realty to expand the brokerage into Minnesota. Wendy has achieved the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and the ePro designations from the National Association of REALTORS®, which all are symbols of excellence in the real estate industry. Only a small percentage of all agents earn the CRS designation. Wendy dedicated significant time and energy to earning a law degree and is fluent in all aspects of negotiations. Wendy is also licensed in multiple states as a mortgage loan originator.
Rachel has been a licensed REALTOR® in the State of Texas since 2016. Her passion for the industry includes mentoring, investing, and working with custom builders. Rachel’s experience, understanding, industry connections, and knowledge of the current market trends help to ensure each transaction is handled with the utmost importance and professionalism. She looks forward to further growing the Fathom brand while supporting agents, clients, and her community.
Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, traveling to the beach, baking treats, time outside at the pool, family walks, biking, doing puzzles, and trying out new restaurants and events with friends.
Janet has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years. In addition to her real estate experience, she spent ten years as a sales director in a major cosmetic company helping consultants build successful businesses. Janet’s passion for assisting people to achieve their dreams and become a better version of themselves in the process is the driving force in all that she does.
She is committed to being a resource for and giving encouragement and support to the agents in her district. Janet’s professionalism and genuine care create a safe environment for them to learn, grow, and excel. She also loves sharing with agents who have yet to discover all the wonderful aspects of Fathom because there is so much to appreciate.
For fun, she loves spending time with her husband of 42 years and enjoys family gatherings with her children and grandchildren. Some of her favorite things are fresh-squeezed lemonade, two-bite brownies…and, well, most all things, chocolate. ????
Her clients love how passionate she is about ensuring they enjoy the journey whether they are buying or selling a home, and most of them have become long-time friends.
In 2017, Rhonda embarked on her journey into the world of real estate and never looked back! First, she began her career working in an apprenticeship role. The next step, to venture as a solo agent, was a natural progression for Rhonda. “Taking the leap was one of the best things I have done. To me, being a real estate agent does not feel like “work.” It feels like a rewarding career that was specifically designed for me,” states Rhonda.
Rhonda approaches her business with passion, dedication, and enthusiasm. She thrives on helping people be successful. She puts great effort into helping her buyers find the perfect place to call “home.” Rhona also pulls out all of the stops for her sellers, marketing their home, and doesn’t rest until she finds the perfect buyer.
Rhonda firmly believes that attention to detail, constant communication, and listening to her client’s needs are necessary to smoothly navigate the buying and selling process from start to close. She values every person she works with and wants her clients to feel they get the best service. Rhonda says, “Every person that I meet, every dream that I learn about, every home that I sell, and every accomplishment that my clients and I achieve together throughout the process, is an honor that I am truly grateful for every day.”
Rhonda enjoys beach hopping, organizing events, running, cheering for Tampa sports teams, live music, and the craft beer scene in her personal time. She also volunteers in her community several times a year, including organizing an annual blanket drive to benefit the homeless of Tampa Bay. As a native Floridian, Rhonda is passionate about the state’s beautiful cities and loves exploring all that Florida offers.
Cindy has been a Principal Broker for many years, leading small and large brokerages to success, and teaching thousands of agents across the State of Idaho. As a new member of the Fathom family, she is excited to continue raising the bar in our ever-changing industry. Her family keeps her busy, her agents keep her humble, and her desire to make a positive difference is a lifelong goal. Her interests include fishing, travel, scuba, and cooking.
