Steve has proudly called Texas home since 1982 and settled in Anna, TX, in 1993. Steve has pursued his passion for real estate for the past nine years, working diligently as a real estate agent to provide exceptional service to his clients. Over the past three years, he has been a valuable agent with the Fathom family, continually growing his skills and acquiring new knowledge.

Steve is embarking on an exciting new chapter as the District Director at Fathom Realty. Originally from Mississippi, Vernitia relocated to San Antonio, TX, following her retirement from the United States Air Force, where she served for an impressive 27 years. Her military career has equipped her with invaluable skills she applies daily in real estate transactions. Having relocated 11 times throughout the United States and abroad, Vernitia has become an expert in handling relocations, educating buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings.

In 2019, Vernitia joined Fathom Realty and became a valuable team member. She holds full Mentor certification and has earned prestigious designations and certifications, including GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), and SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource). Additionally, she is a notary public in the state of Texas.
