Before launching her real estate career, Jessica built a strong foundation in corporate negotiations, serving as a Buyer and Negotiator for Fortune 500 retail companies. There, she sharpened her skills in high-stakes deal-making, data-driven decision-making, and value optimization skills she now brings to every real estate transaction. Her transition into real estate was sparked by a desire to provide the level of service she once wished she had experienced as a first-time buyer.

Jessica is also the founder of the Eldridge Property Group and co-founder of a thriving young professionals group for REALTORS®, where her leadership helped double membership and create a supportive network for peer growth and collaboration. Her entrepreneurial drive and passion for helping others succeed shine through in every facet of her work.

Crystal Jacques is a seasoned real estate leader with a strong track record of success, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for growth to her role as District Director for Fathom Realty’s Phoenix West Valley region. Her journey in real estate began in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where she served as a transaction coordinator for a top-producing RE/MAX agent. Her drive and leadership quickly advanced her career from supporting a growing mega team to becoming its top-performing agent and ultimately launching her own successful team, ranking in the top 5% of REALTORS® in the Hampton Roads area.

Throughout her career, Crystal has earned numerous accolades and professional designations that speak to her commitment to excellence. She holds licenses as an Associate Broker in both Arizona and Virginia. She carries advanced credentials, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and At Home With Diversity (AHWD), among others. Her success is fueled by a deep love for real estate, a relentless pursuit of knowledge, and a genuine desire to help others thrive.

Raised in Aiea, Hawaii, Crystal proudly served in the United States Air Force and is the wife of a retired Navy veteran. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Chadwick University and an Associate Degree in Hotel Management from Michigan State University. Beyond real estate, she’s a proud mom of two and grandmother of four, embracing both her personal and professional life with enthusiasm and heart.
