Anna Kibble brings a powerful blend of business acumen, real estate expertise, and servant leadership to her role as District Director for Denver North, Denver South, and Colorado Springs. Born in Wisconsin and raised in Colorado, Anna has spent most of her life in the Denver Metro area and now proudly calls Highlands Ranch home, where she lives with her husband and two children.

Before launching her real estate career, Anna built a successful track record in retail management, overseeing the turnaround, relocation, and growth of underperforming stores. This fast-paced, results-driven environment sharpened her leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills, which she now applies to the real estate world with remarkable impact.

As a full-time REALTOR®, Anna is known for her analytical mindset, client-first philosophy, and ability to simplify complex transactions. Whether guiding first-time homebuyers, move-up sellers, or seasoned investors, she creates a consultative, low-pressure experience that empowers her clients to make confident, well-informed decisions.

Over the past decade, Anna has stepped into a variety of leadership roles within the real estate industry, delivering training, coaching agents, and building high-performance teams. Julie Maxwell has called Northern Colorado home since 1994, when she moved to the region to attend Colorado State University. Like many who are drawn to the area’s stunning natural beauty and welcoming spirit, she chose to put down roots and build a life in the community she loves. Today, she proudly serves as the District Director for Fathom Realty in Northern and Western Colorado, bringing more than two decades of real estate experience and a deep commitment to service and connection.

Julie’s real estate journey began in HOA management in 2003, where she developed a strong foundation working with homeowners, HOA boards, vendors, and developers. Her hands-on experience in building thriving communities inspired her to create an “HOA 101” class to educate homebuyers on how to evaluate homeowner associations and make confident, informed decisions. That same passion for empowering others led her to become a licensed REALTOR® in 2017.

Known for her approachable style, local expertise, and dedication to her clients and fellow agents, Julie is committed to helping others find their own piece of Colorado to call home. Outside of real estate, she enjoys exploring the world through travel and soaking up local life through music, hiking, and biking adventures with her adult children and rescue dogs.

As a leader and mentor, Julie is excited to support the growth and success of Fathom Realty agents across Northern and Western Colorado, building a culture rooted in collaboration, professionalism, and heart.
