Deanna Bone

Deanna is celebrating her 20th year in real estate and is currently the CEO and Team Leader of the Southwest Home Team. She started her real estate career with one of Arizona’s most popular new home builders before she moved into the residential resale market to create a business based on core values with excellence as her minimum standard. Within a few short years, Deanna’s education and dedication transitioned her business driven by referrals. Today, she leads the Southwest Home Team with a Gross Sales Volume of over $81,000,000, and 99.2% of the business is by referral. 

The secret to her success is acknowledging behind every successful person, there are many great coaches and mentors. Deanna’s development of her personal skills was fine-tuned by lessons taught by being a wife, mother, and grandmother. In addition, she credits her professional and business growth to Brian Buffin’s programs and her personal business coach, Beverly Cairns. Both pros have taught her what it takes to build a referral business through contact, care, and community when working with her clients and other real estate professionals nationwide and in Canada.

Eric Hegge
District: Northwest Puget Sound, Washington

Eric began his real estate career in Seattle, WA, in 1994 with Coldwell Banker. In 1998, he moved back to his hometown of Sequim, WA, and joined the local Coldwell Banker office. One year later, he was promoted to COO and the head of training for Coldwell Banker Town & Country, with three locations and over 100 agents. Eric was subsequently appointed as the Vice President and Designated Broker until joining Fathom Realty as a District Director of the Northwest Puget Sound Region. 

Throughout Eric’s career, he has enjoyed helping people succeed and reach their goals, whether it be his agents or clients. He plans to carry this same intention to build the Fathom presence in his region. 

Eric is community-oriented, an avid golfer, and a family man. He has been married for 30 years and has one son. 

He is excited to be with Fathom and looks forward to the journey!

Lee Melton

Lee began his real estate career in 2019 with Keller Williams. He loves to mentor agents, particularly those wanting to move from part-time to full-time status through business growth. It is with that service intention that he is motivated to grow Fathom’s presence in the state.

Born and raised in Arkansas, Lee attended Central Arkansas Christian School. Prior to starting his real estate career, he and his wife owned a restaurant, a profession that Lee knew well growing up in the family business. His wife was formally a professional dancer who immigrated to the United States from Taiwan.

Lee is the proud father of two sons, Auston and Ozbourn, who are students at the University of Central Arkansas and the Air Force Academy, respectively.

Phil’s passion is to assist agents in reaching their highest goals through mentorship and a continued understanding of business growth through serving client needs and expectations. In addition, he encourages his agents to become market experts in the ever-changing dynamics of the real estate industry.

Phil is a high-producing REALTOR® representing buyers and sellers from the California Central Valley, Bay Area, and many Foothill properties just west of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. He is most comfortable representing large acreage, agricultural properties, and estates, but he is also adept at listings in the largest metro cities of Northern California.

Phil has a large blended family consisting of five children ages 7 to 14 and is fully active and supportive in his children’s lives, from sports, plays, and other youth activities.  He truly enjoys juggling a real estate career, assisting his associate agents, and spending quality time with his family making wonderful memories.
