Fathom Realty continues to demonstrate strength and consistency on the national stage, earning recognition in the 2026 RISMedia Power Broker rankings. As a result, this recognition highlights Fathom Realty’s performance and reinforces its national presence among leading brokerages. In the 2026 rankings, based on 2025 performance, Fathom Realty ranked 10th in total residential real estate transactions and 16th in transaction dollar volume, reinforcing its position as one of the leading brokerages in the United States.
RISMedia Power Broker rankings are based on a widely respected industry benchmark. Specifically, the rankings are derived from an online survey of residential real estate brokerages conducted from January through March 2026. The Top 1,000 Power Brokers are ranked according to residential sales volume and transaction sides for the full year of 2025. All submissions are verified by brokers and owners, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and credibility across the rankings.
“Congratulations to the outstanding brokerage professionals who earned a coveted spot among RISMedia’s 2026 Top 1,000 Power Brokers,” said RISMedia President and CEO John Featherston. “This achievement is more meaningful than ever, given the continued challenges confronting residential real estate, from affordability to consolidation to ongoing policy changes. Succeeding among such challenges required innovation, perseverance, and dedication to supporting and educating agents and consumers—this year’s Power Brokers doubled down in all those areas, and more.”
2025: Strong Performance in a Challenging Market in RISMedia Power Broker Rankings
Fathom Realty’s recognition in the Power Broker Report reflects a year of meaningful growth and operational strength. According to Fathom Holdings’ full-year 2025 earnings results:
- Total transactions increased approximately 14.6% year-over-year, reaching 42,405 transactions
- Total revenue grew 25.4% to $420.5 million, up from $335.2 million in 2024
- Growth was driven primarily by a 26.8% increase in brokerage revenue, alongside the continued expansion of ancillary services
These results highlight Fathom’s ability to scale its platform and drive performance. At the same time, the broader real estate market continued to face pressure, making these gains even more meaningful.
Leadership Perspective and Strategic Direction
Marco Fregenal, President and Chief Executive Officer of Fathom Holdings, emphasized the company’s disciplined execution and long-term strategy:
“During 2025, we continued executing our strategy and strengthening the foundation of the Fathom platform, generating $420 million in revenue, representing 25% year-over-year growth, while total transactions increased nearly 15%. These results reflect the resilience of our technology-first platform, with continued growth across our agent network and higher-margin mortgage and title businesses, even as transaction activity remained pressured in line with broader industry trends. As we move through 2026, our focus remains on driving margin expansion, increasing revenue per transaction, and continuing to scale our higher-margin ancillary services. With a stronger, more diversified platform in place, we believe Fathom is well-positioned to benefit as transaction volumes recover, enabling us to drive stronger growth, improved profitability, and greater operating leverage over time.”
Positioned for Continued Growth and Opportunity
Fathom Realty’s placement in RISMedia’s 2026 Power Broker rankings reflects more than a single year of performance. It underscores the company’s commitment to building a scalable, technology-driven platform that supports agents and delivers value across its brokerage, mortgage, and title businesses.
As the real estate market evolves, Fathom remains focused on innovation, operational efficiency, and agent success. With a diversified platform and a clear growth strategy, the company is well-positioned to capitalize on future market opportunities and continue delivering results for agents, clients, and shareholders alike.
