Karen is a highly accomplished real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Throughout her long and successful career, Karen has worked with diverse clients, ranging from first-time homebuyers to families transitioning from urban to suburban life to seniors downsizing. She has a proven track record of guiding her teams to success even in challenging market conditions, earning a reputation as a creative, strategic thinker, and effective leader.

Before joining Fathom Realty as the Bergen County District Director, Karen held various key positions in the real estate industry. As a VP of Sales, Branch VP, and Branch Manager for several brands, she demonstrated her expertise and excelled in coaching and mentoring agents to develop and grow their businesses.

Karen’s real estate proficiency is complemented by her extensive experience in the entertainment industry. She previously owned a talent management company, representing over 80 actors across various mediums, including Broadway, National and International Tours, TV, film, and commercials.
