She prides herself on being a problem-solver who can find solutions for any challenge that may arise along the way. Andreya loves traveling the world, seeing new places, and observing unique architecture in her free time. She also enjoys competing in ice-skating (holds many medals), loves to race sailboats, and enjoys hiking on the beach with her family.

Doug has been in real estate for over 30 years. As a California Real Estate Broker, he has professionally assisted buyers, sellers, and investors. His broad experience includes leadership positions as a Broker, Mentor, Personal Coach, Productivity Coach, and Strategic Business Advisor/Consultant. In addition, Doug has been a business owner, Principal Owner/Broker, and Managing Broker.

Doug has successfully trained hundreds of licensed agents, logging hundreds of hours teaching Real Estate Career Development concepts. His business foundation is built on establishing a “high trust” relationship with fellow associates and clients. It starts with the consultation process, which Doug calls “constructive listening,” and the conversation successfully evolves from there.

On a personal level, Doug has always believed in sharing and giving back to promote personal growth and development. His hobbies include music, motorcycles, and martial arts. Doug also enjoys time relaxing, traveling, and discovering new experiences with his wife and family.

Amber started her real estate career in 2016 after working 15 years as an Accountant in the Insurance industry. She enjoys building relationships with clients and helping them achieve their dreams of homeownership through all stages of life. Amber is passionate about learning and feels the more she knows, the better she can serve her clients. Since joining the Real Estate industry, Amber has earned ABR, MCNE, GRI designations, and her Broker license just this year.

Amber works, so her dogs and as many as she can help have a better life. She serves as a member of the Board, Executive Committee, and Adoption Team for Doberman Rescue Minnesota. On weekends if she is not helping her real estate clients, Amber volunteers to transport Dobie dogs from shelters in the surrounding states to foster homes in Minnesota.

Residing in the Des Moines area since 2000, Amber married her wonderful husband Dru in 2007. She has one step-daughter attending Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!) and three Dobie dogs that do their best to keep her on her toes!
