Richard Pascua has been in real estate for more than 30 years, starting his career on the island of Oahu. Now that his children are grown, his favorite activities maximize each day moment by moment, like watching movies, dining daily, and traveling to Las Vegas frequently with his beautiful wife Lori of 32 years.

Stephanie is known for her leadership, mentoring, coaching, and big heart. Stephanie began her career in real estate simply to help a family member in the business but quickly realized that her passion for helping others reach their goals was well-suited in the industry. After retiring from her corporate career to focus solely on her real estate business, she thrived in growing her business, sharing her knowledge and resources with other agents, and of course, servicing her clients.

Stephanie brings a background in the airline industry with a career was based on servant leadership. She managed large and start-up teams in both Boston and San Francisco. In addition, she created development programs utilized throughout the network to assist in the growth and mentorship of future leaders.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with family, cruising or traveling to blue water beaches, singing her heart out, tap-dancing across a room, or cheering at a sporting event. Faith, family, and helping others are at the core of who Stephanie is; she is thrilled to be a part of the Fathom family and honored to have the privilege of supporting both agents and clients as they pursue their goals.

With almost 20 years in real estate, Michael is excited to grow the newly opened Central Alabama market using his leadership, training, and team-building skills to help new agents start their businesses successfully and encourage experienced agents to continue to grow their businesses. Michael brings experience in residential, commercial sales, and listings and has managed numerous developments in both real estate arenas. He also has expertise in large land sales and investment properties. 

Michael and his wife have been married for 16 years and have two children. As a former athlete, he brings that same tenacity, competitiveness, and commitment to all his clients. In addition, Michael enjoys spending time with family watching football, traveling, and being on the water.

A true New Englander, Kara is a ‘wicked’ avid Boston sports fan and adores living on the beautiful South Shore of Boston with her husband and children. She is currently in training for her second-degree black belt at the Institute of Okinawan Karate. In addition, she enjoys playing guitar and volunteering in her community in various organizations, including being a Chairperson on the Women’s Council of REALTORS® since 2019.
